I read with interest an article recently published in World Journal of Surgery in which Genta et al. reported the use of ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration cytology(US-FNAC), sentinel node biopsy(SNB), and frozen section of a node in breast cancer [1], and I wish make a suggestion that might further refine axillary management in breast cancer. …
