A 22-year-old man presented with a painless mass on the posterior aspect of his left shoulder that was first discovered one month prior while at the chiropractor. He has no relevant medical history and denies trauma, fevers, chills, night sweats, and unintentional weight loss (Figs. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5).
