An 86-year-old man presented with a slowly growing painless mass in the right distal lower leg (Figs. 1 and 2). He had a history of indirect trauma to the leg at the age of 19 years. Four years later, there was spontaneous drainage of the mass with extrusion of calcific debris (Figs. 3 and 4).
