Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) (pseudotumor cerebri) is characterized by headache owing to raised CSF pressure without an intracranial mass lesion or hydrocephalus. Clinically, there is usually papilledema without focal neurologic findings, except for occasional VI cranial nerve palsy [
1]. However, a report of 22 pediatric patients with IIH showed increased CSF pressure without papilledema in 4 patients [
