A 14-year-old boy presented with 1-year history of pain in the right upper thigh and groin, which was more intense during the night and was relieved by aspirin. Radiography showed a well-circumscribed sclerotic area proximal to the right lesser trochanter, adjacent to the medial cortex (Fig. 1). CT revealed two separate circumscribed sclerotic and lytic lesions in the intertrochanteric region (Fig. 2). En-bloc resection of both lesions was done under fluoroscopic guidance. Histopathological examination confirmed two osteoid osteomas. The patient remained asymptomatic 36 months after resection.
