Fibroepithelial stromal polyps are lesions found in the vagina, vulva or less commonly, the cervix. They are found most often in women of reproductive age, or those with a history of hormonal replacement therapy use. Generally, they present as a pedunculated solitary lesion of less than 5 cm in size; however, there are reports of giant polyps or multiple polyps, especially among the pregnant population [
