Mehrere randomisierte Studien haben gezeigt, dass der Verzicht auf die adjuvante Radiotherapie nach brusterhaltender Operation auch bei älteren Frauen mit Niedrigrisiko-Tumoren mit einem erhöhten Lokalrezidivrisiko einhergeht. Dies wird hier noch einmal an einem großen Patientengut untersucht. …
