About this journal
The International Journal of Colorectal Disease publishes novel and state-of-the-art papers dealing with the physiology and pathophysiology of diseases involving the gastrointestinal tract. In addition to original research articles of high scientific quality, the journal also publishes reviews and coverage of controversial issues in rapidly developing areas in gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgery.
