“En coup de sabre” is an extremely rare linear form of localized scleroderma that was first described in 1854 by Addison and has an incidence of 0.13 cases per 100,000 population based on the landmark Mayo Clinic epidemiological study over a 33-year follow-up [1]. This is one of only a few cases reported in the literature of “en coup de sabre” involving the eyelids [1, 2]. …
