A New Option of Treatment for Perforated Colon Diverticulum—a Case Report 90-Year-Old Man

Perforation is a severe complication of colon diverticulum. Laparotomy is mostly required for the generalized peritonitis. Here we present a case of 90-year-old man with perforated colon diverticulum, on which we combined the use of colonoscopy and ultrasound-guided percutaneous drainage, he was successfully cured without an laparotomy.
