Laparoscopic gastric bypass is a reference treatment for bariatric surgery. Several techniques have been described and are now all well defined [1]. Although the basic tenets of the operation are similar between surgeons, a number of technical variations exist. The difficult during learning curve is to remember the material, the different steps and the tips and tricks. The purpose of this letter is to describe the tip and trick which are not obvious from published articles and books, using figure 6 as the technical landmark. …
