Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (LRYGB) is a technically demanding procedure [1]. Several techniques have been described and are now all well defined [2]. The difficult during learning curve is to remember the material, the different steps and the tips and tricks. The purpose of this article is to describe the tips and tricks which are not obvious from published articles and books. We also answer the questions we have asked during our guided learning process. …
