Mehrere prospektive Studien der Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) untersuchten blasenerhaltende multimodale Therapiestrategien (CMT) für Patienten mit muskelinvasiven Harnblasenkarzinomen (MIBC). Die radikale Zystektomie war dabei reserviert für Patienten mit Rest- oder Rezidivtumoren. Nun wurden die Langzeitergebnisse aller in den verschieden Studien eingeschlossenen Patienten analysiert. …
