In the present issue, Hewes and colleagues (DOI: 10.1007/s00268-006-0103-8) present a moderate sized study evaluating hospital and long term clinical outcomes for patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy immediately prior to hepatic resection compared to those whom did not.1
