A 51-year-old woman developed fever and dry mouth1 while receiving interferon-α-2b and isotretinoin, respectively [routes not stated]. She was hospitalised with ten years history of papules and plaques with severe pruritus. She was diagnosed with stage IIA folliculotropic mycosis fungoides. She was treated with interferon-α-2b 300IU thrice weekly for two weeks and isotretinoin 10mg twice-thrice daily for five months along with other medications. Subsequently, her lesions improved; however, she developed fever and dry mouth. Interferon-α-2b was discontinued [duration of treatment to reactions onsets and outcomes not stated]. …
