Abstract
Hidrocystomas are cystic tumors of epidermal appendages arising mainly from the dilated sweat glands. Eccrine hidrocystomas can be differentiated from other swellings due to their brilliant transillumination. Here, we report a 45-year-old lady with hidrocystoma who underwent excision. After 1 year of follow-up, she is asymptomatic without any recurrence.
