Pyloroduodenojejunal intussusception is one of the rare variants of intussusception. Overall it accounts for nearly 10% of all adult intussusception cases. It is usually caused by pedunculated polyps, Menetrier’s disease, hamartomas and gastrointestinal stromal tumours.
