Abstract

Four new myrsinol diterpenes, euphorbialoids K–N (14), have been isolated from the roots of Euphorbia prolifera. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive 1D and 2D NMR (COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY) and mass (ESI–MS and HR-ESI–MS) spectroscopic data analyses.
