Primary cardiac lymphoma (PCL) is an extra nodal lymphoma that involves only the heart or it can include cases with extracardiac involvement, provided the bulk of the disease in the heart.1 Complete clinical and radiological staging is required for accurate distinction between PCL (majority being B-cell lymphoma) and secondary cardiac involvement in generalized lymphoma.2 Here we report a case of PCL-T cell type where FDG PET/CT was useful in the staging and follow-up. …
