A 46-year-old man was referred to our clinic complaining of nodular lesions located on the scrotum that had gradually enlarged over a period of 6 years. Due to poor psychosocial and cultural conditions, the patient did not seek medical advice until the nodules reached massive dimensions (Figs. 1 and 2). Physical examination revealed multiple nodules on the scrotal skin ranging between 1 to 3 cm in diameter. These were firm and mobile on palpation. The nodules were only present on the scrotal skin. The patient had no history of trauma, inflammatory disease or metabolic disorders. Urinalysis and blood chemistry tests were within normal limits. Subtotal excision of the scrotal wall was performed. The skin was sutured with 3/0 absorbable sutures in horizontal mattress fashion. The histopathological examination revealed multiple calcified masses within the superficial and mid dermis. Epidermal cyst or eccrine cyst remnants were not observed within or around the lesions. The cosmetic results were excellent. No new lesions were observed during a 6-month follow-up (Fig. 3).
