The paper includes two errors in Tables 2 and 6. In Table 2, Grade B occurred in 11 cases and Grade C occurred in 8 cases. In Table 6, precompression before stapler firings was done in 9 cases of “late leakage group”, while it was not in 2 cases. They should read as follows.
