In Fig. 2 in the above-cited article, the scale for the vertical axis is shown incorrectly. At the lower end of the axis, 0 % should be 20 %; in the middle of the axis, 50 % should be 60 %. An error also occurred in the wording of the definition of the vertical axis. It should be “Disease-specific survival rate (%)”. The corrected figure is shown here.
