Bariatric surgeries for the treatment of morbid obesity are increasing. Bariatric surgery reduces the incidence of hormone-related malignancies, such as endometrial, breast, and colon cancers [1]. On the other hand, gastroesophageal cancer after bariatric surgery has been rarely reported over the last few years, even though obesity is one of the risk factors for gastric cancer [2]. In particular, gastric cancer after SG has only been reported a few times so far [313]. …
