  • * hospitalisation
  • * disability
  • * congenital anomaly
  • * other medically important event

In the opening statement of the abstract, the patient was addressed as female. However, in the later part of the abstract, the patient was addressed as male (he, his). For this report, we have considered patient's gender as female.
