Cystic dysplasia of the rete testis in an adolescent with VATER association

A 13-year-old was referred for scrotal US for painless enlargement of the right testicle. US showed multiple dilated fluid-filled spaces in the rete testis with compressed normal testicular parenchyma (Fig. 1). VATER association had been diagnosed with an absent right kidney.
