Abstract

Gluteal implants are an interesting and unusual topic. This case report describes a series of mistakes made in one patient and how they were solved. This information may help many surgeons because of the absence of standardized protocols in the world literature. It is very important to clarify that the XYZ intramuscular technique is indispensable in solving any kind of problem related to subfascial technique complications.
