Postoperative pseudomeningocele and CSF leak represent a well-known complication of posterior fossa tumor surgery in the pediatric population, especially in the very young children. Steinbok et al. have retrospectively analyzed such a type of complication in their clinical experience by taking into consideration several factors which might be related to it. …
