Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) can accurately delineate myocardial scar for substrate guided ventricular tachycardia (VT) ablation. Susceptibility artifact from cardiac rhythm management device (CRMD) generator and leads can significantly affect image quality limiting the evaluation of myocardial scar and foci of VT.
