A 74-year-old female was seen and evaluated for a complaint of oral soreness. The clinical exam was significant for the presence of multiple erythematous, ulcerated, boggy lesions of the palate and gingiva (Figs. 13) that had persisted for over a month’s duration. Evaluation of a panoramic radiograph revealed no remarkable findings (Fig. 4).
