We read with great interest the article “Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe Commentary on the Treatment of Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Insufficiency” by Reekers et al. [1], with particular interest about the suggestions for future performance of endovascular procedures in patients with MS and ultrasonographic verification of CCSVI. Having in mind significant impact of this discussion on medical community and MS patients, population in general, we would like to make a few comments on the subject. …
