Intrahepatic Gallbladder Mimicking as “Hernia of the Gallbladder”

Abstract

A case of gallbladder “hernia” was seen during laparoscopy where the fundus of the gall bladder was seen projecting out of the superior surface of the liver resembling a hernia of the gall bladder.
