Augmentation mammoplasty is a common aesthetic procedures currently performed for self-esteem, confidence, and better body proportions with a very high satisfaction rate. Complications after augmentation mammoplasty are few and broadly categorized as early or late. Early complications after augmentation mammoplasty are not common but often require surgical intervention and include infection and hematoma. The reported incidence of infection varies from 0.52 to 2.5% [1], and hematoma has a reported incidence of 1.3% [2]. …
