Dural sinus malformations (DSM) are rare congenital vascular abnormalities presenting variable anatomical and clinical features [1]. There are two subtypes: a more common form in the midline, called torcular DSM; and a lateral-type DSM, involving the jugular bulb and related to high-flow arteriovenous fistula (AVF) [1]. The treatment represents a challenge for the management team because high-flow AVF in infants is complex, and small hemodynamic changes may affect patients’ morbidity and mortality [2]. …
