Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) has emerged as a therapeutic option for unresectable lung malignancy due to its ability to deliver high radiation doses with minimal exposure to adjacent lung and mediastinal structures [

2]. One challenge of lung SBRT lies in the ability of the radiosurgery system to effectively track a lung lesion during respiration. Consequently, interventional radiologists are often asked to percutaneously place fiducial markers within the nodule or mass.
