Abstract

This report reviews the latest advances and clinical applications of stress echocardiography, especially considering the potential value of multiparametric evaluation of wall motion, myocardial perfusion, and Doppler coronary flow reserve on left anterior descending coronary artery during stress echocardiography to improve diagnosis and prognostic assessment in patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease.
