We read with great interest the article by Arzate-Ramirez and Ortiz-Mendoza [1] on the presence of axillary arch (AA) muscle found during operations in patients with breast cancer—“Langer's arch in axillary dissections from patients with breast cancer: a retrospective study”. The authors performed their study in 123 axillary surgical dissections, in which they established the presence of this variant muscle in 33 cases (26.8%). …
