Abstract

A technique for re-insertion of flexor digitorum profundus to the distal phalanx using Mitek bone anchors is described. In our series of seven procedures, there was no rupture of the repair. Internal fixation with Mitek bone anchors is reliable and has two main advantages of having no external component (e.g. button) and facilitating early mobilization.
