I would like to welcome the new Associate Editors and Editorial Board members, as well as thank the old Editorial Board members who have served the Journal so well in the past. With our new Editorial Board the peer review system is going to change slightly in that every manuscript submitted to the Journal will be reviewed by at least one Editorial Board member who will be chosen on a rotating basis. Each manuscript will also be reviewed by at least two other reviewers chosen by one of the Associate Editors or myself. …
