Zusammenfassung

Die psychoonkologische Versorgung von Tumorpatienten ist in der onkologischen Medizin zunehmend etabliert, nicht zuletzt durch die Implementierung der S3-Leitlinie. Darüber hinaus gibt es bei der psychoonkologischen Versorgung von Patienten mit akuten Leukämien einige spezifische Besonderheiten zu berücksichtigen. In diesem Artikel werden Aspekte aufgezeigt, die Ärzte und Psychoonkologen bei der Unterstützung der Patienten beachten sollten.

Abstract

Psycho-oncological care of cancer patients has become increasingly established in oncological medicine, not least by the implementation of the S3 guidelines. Moreover, more attention needs to be paid to certain specific details in the psycho-oncological care of patients with acute leukemia. This article points out which aspects clinical oncologists and psychologists have to consider in the support of leukemia patients.
