Zusammenfassung

Anhand urodynamischer, klinischer und sexologischer Auswertung kann festgestellt werden, daß die abdominale operative Streßinkontinenztherapie subjektiv und objektiv bessere Resultate im Vergleich zum vaginalen Vorgehen liefert.
