Ollier's disease with secondary chondrosarcoma associated with ovarian tumour

Summary

The association of an ovarian tumour with Ollier's disease or the Maffucci Syndrome is rare. We report what we believe to be the first patient with Ollier's disease associated with an ovarian tumour who later developed a secondary chondrosarcoma.

L'association d'une tumeur de l'ovaire avec la maladie d'Ollier ou le syndrome de Maffucci est rare. Nous présentons un cas de maladie d'Ollier associée à une tumeur de l'ovaire, ayant développé secondairement un chondrosarcome. A notre connaissance aucun cas de ce genre n'a été publié.
