Abstract
The external form typical of each age group is represented by profile photographs, and there is a short description of characteristic features. Some organs, such as the eye, ear, and pituitary and pineal gland, are particularly useful for determining stages in development. These are described in more detail. To complete the picture of the structural organization as a whole, graphic reconstructions were made.
