Abstract
It is appropriate to begin the study of associated and complex varieties with the T-shaped fracture. Although the outlines are simple, the radiological interpretation can be difficult. Diagnosis must be accurate because of the difficulty of open reduction which sometimes necessitates two surgical approaches or an extensile approach.
