A 47-year-old woman, known case of HIV AIDS (Human immunodeficiency virus, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) and HCV (Hepatitis C virus), presented with low-grade intermittent fever for 3 months and dyspnea for 10 days, with multiple subcutaneous swellings. Her CD4 count was 11 cells/ mm
3 (normal values 500–1500 cells/ mm
