Tilted sleeping appears to improve nocturnal blood pressure in Parkinson's and parkinsonism Some patients with Parkinson's disease or parkinsonism suffer from autonomic dysfunction that leads to orthostatic hypotension during the day and hypertension at night. Researchers from the Dutch Heads-Up trial are studying whether both problems can be improved by having patients sleep tilted at night. They presented the results of an interim analysis.
