Tilted sleeping appears to improve nocturnal blood pressure in Parkinson's and parkinsonism

MedNet.nl: Some patients with Parkinson's disease or parkinsonism suffer from autonomic dysfunction that leads to orthostatic hypotension during the day and hypertension at night. Researchers from the Dutch Heads-Up trial are studying whether both problems can be improved by having patients sleep tilted at night. They presented the results of an interim analysis.
