Exercise and ketogenic diet reduce daytime sleepiness in narcolepsy patients

MedNet.nl: Researchers from Germany and the Netherlands studied the effects of regular exercise and a ketogenic diet in narcolepsy. Although the 2021 European guideline for the treatment of narcolepsy states that physicians and specialist nurses should pay attention to non-drug treatment options, specific recommendations for exercise and diet are lacking.
