The optimal treatment for non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) in frail older adults remains a challenge due to the varying prognoses associated with frailty. The European guidelines do not offer specific recommendations for this specific population, emphasizing the need to balance the benefits and harms of individual treatments [1]. Currently, there are no clinical trials addressing frailty in this context, despite previous studies demonstrating the superiority of invasive treatment in the elderly population without considering frailty [2]. …
