白术与伪品木香的鉴别

Abstract: ＜正＞ 白术为菊科植物白术Atraclylodes macco-cephala koidz的干燥根茎。味甘苦、性温,具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗安胎之功。由于近年来白术价格上涨,发现有以低价木香伪充白术销售现象。木香为菊科植物木香Aucklandia Lappa Bence的干燥根。味辛苦、性温,以行气为主。笔者总结白术及其伪品木香的鉴别要点如下。
