Zilebesiran significantly reduces 24-hour blood pressure

Mednet.nl: A single subcutaneous dose of zilebesiran - added to other antihypertensive therapy - significantly reduced 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure after 6 months compared with placebo. Zilebesiran is safe and was well tolerated. This drug is administered twice a year and may be an interesting component of combination treatment.
