To the Editor: A 10-y-old girl presented with involuntary movement of the left side of her body. On examination, the patient showed choreatic movement on the left side of the body. Further examination of the neurological system showed her cranial nerve was intact and no pyramidal signs were present. On reviewing history, the patient had a history of awakening 2 to 3 times at night for passage of urine. …
